Exchanges and Refunds
Return & Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
Product Condition
The shoes must be returned in their original, unused condition, in the original box, and with all included accessories.
Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to a change of size or style. However, if the product has a manufacturing defect or we shipped the wrong item, Qwevy will cover all shipping costs.
Refunds
For returned orders, the refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the product to ensure it meets the return conditions. The refunded amount will be issued after deducting the applicable shipping fees, where applicable.
المدة المسموحة: يحق لك استبدال أو إرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
حالة المنتج: يجب أن يكون الحذاء بحالته الأصلية تماماً (غير مستخدم)، في علبته الأصلية، وبكامل ملحقاته.
رسوم الشحن: يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن في حالة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع (لتغيير المقاس أو الموديل). أما إذا كان هناك عيب صناعة أو خطأ في الطلب من جهتنا، نتحمل نحن كافة تكاليف الشحن.
استرداد المبلغ: في حالة الاسترجاع، يتم تحويل المبلغ للعميل (بعد خصم رسوم الشحن) فور استلامنا للمنتج وفحصه للتأكد من حالته
