Shipping Policy
At Qwevy, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly as possible and in excellent condition. Please review our shipping and delivery policy below:
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed, packed, and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
2. Delivery Time (After Processing)
- Cairo & Giza: Delivery takes 2–3 business days.
- Alexandria & the Nile Delta Governorates: Delivery takes 4–5 business days.
Important Notes
- Business days are Sunday through Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, and official public holidays are not included in processing or delivery times.
- Please ensure that you provide a complete delivery address and a valid phone number to avoid any shipping delays. Our delivery representative will contact you by phone before the scheduled delivery.
- If the delivery representative is unable to reach the customer after multiple contact attempts, the order may be canceled and returned to the store.

- مدة تجهيز الطلب:
يتم تجهيز وتغليف الطلبات خلال (1 - 2) يوم عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب
- مدة التوصيل (بعد تجهيز الطلب):
القاهرة والجيزة: يستغرق التوصيل من 2 إلى 3 أيام عمل
الإسكندرية ومحافظات الوجه البحري: يستغرق التوصيل من 4 إلى 5 أيام عمل
ملاحظات هامة:
أيام العمل الرسمية هي من الأحد إلى الخميس (أيام الجمعة، والسبت، والعطلات الرسمية غير مشمولة في مدة التوصيل)
يرجى التأكد من إدخال العنوان التفصيلي ورقم هاتف صحيح لضمان عدم تأخر الشحنة. سيقوم مندوب الشحن بالتواصل معك هاتفياً قبل موعد التسليم
في حال تعذر الوصول للعميل بعد أكثر من محاولة اتصال من قِبل مندوب الشحن، قد يتم إلغاء الطلب وإرجاعه للمتجر
